Gaya Tech provides AI and deep tech consultancy services. We specialize in AI projects, deep tech solutions, and technical consulting. Our services are provided by a team of ex-FAANG and ex-hedge fund engineers with extensive experience in complex technical projects.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary access to systems and resources, and timely feedback. Clients must ensure they have the legal right to engage our services and that any projects comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights in work products created by Gaya Tech shall be owned by the client upon full payment. Gaya Tech retains the right to use general knowledge and methodologies developed during projects. Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner.
Gaya Tech maintains strict confidentiality regarding client information, projects, and proprietary data. We will not disclose any confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges and may result in suspension of services.
Gaya Tech's liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific project or service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our services are provided "as is" and we make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in service agreements.
Project scope will be defined in written agreements. Changes to scope may result in adjustments to timelines and fees. All scope changes must be agreed upon in writing before implementation.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice. Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. Confidentiality obligations continue after termination.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or in accordance with applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the appropriate jurisdiction as specified in individual service agreements.
Gaya Tech reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to active clients.
